General Chat / Re: [IMPORTANT] Guild Raid Survey!
« on: August 04, 2016, 10:52:28 PM » :)

The idea is to give everyone means and proper tools to organize and officers to have an insight when they need to show up and help.

Let's how it goes. We are open to any input you guys have.

Grouping up / Re: [RAIDS] Weekly Schedules!

Regular raids:
  • If there are more than 6 players on any of the days/times, the raid will happen and the players can meet up and try to organize it.
  • The members should show up on discord (mic can be muted) in the raid lobby and organize among each other following our guild raid conduct and are allowed to fill up the raid with pugs if needed.
  • Players should arrive at least 10min before the Raid start
  • Joining of pugs/friends/other guilds is allowed if not enough JD or proper role/gear/exp JD are present.
  • JD Officers are not a requirement for this type of raids. It's expected that people joining are experienced people who know how to prepare.
  • If an officer is joining the raid he should always help organizing.

Raid Trainings:
  • Training is only held if there are at least 8 players attending including 2 officers (6 members + 2 officers) and is always organised by officers.
  • If not enough people chose to attend at least 5h before the event officers don’t need to show up that day.
  • Every training will have a clear information on what boss is being planned for training. If 80% of participants decide to change the boss, they can.

General Chat / [IMPORTANT] Guild Raid Survey!
« on: June 25, 2016, 07:14:16 PM »
Hello everyone.

Lately a lot of you ask for raids but we don't have any concrete information who is interested, how experienced you are and so on.

So before we make any organisation we would like to gather more information. So please take 2min of your time and complete the following survey.

Thank you.

I would suggest setting up raid days for semi exp and exp people which means there can be certain requirements (food checks, gear checks even LI checks or w/e).

So no training. If there will be a need for training we could set a raid day for that too.

Also that means no officers are required because i believe there is no need to hold hands. It's just a day and time for people to know when to gather, all organisation happens on discord and guild chat.

Another solution is to set "Raid leaders" and make them organize those runs.

But this is something to be discussed between higher ranks first. This is just a proposal that seems ok for me, but would like to hear what members think.

Resized the image for you :) Looking cool. Good job :)

i guess after 400+ people in the guild its impossible to find 10 to get a team or something :P

That's the sad part...when you have too many people not interested in this type of content

We had guild runs which at first had a lot of people joining in. But in the last month people didn't bother to join.

It was 3-4 people so calling it a guild run made no sense and we removed it from our schedule because it is rude to officers who show up just for you guys, maybe they even postpone real life obligations and then nobody shows up. Imagine how you would feel after a time.

I believe if we introduce this again right now the same will happen again. When the new wing arrives, everyone will want to do it and then few weeks later it's dead again.

However we are thinking about ways to make it possible for you guys to organize raids with guildies without the need of officers. So everyone can potentially schedule a raid and gather people few days before and just go and do it.

Hope this answers your question in some way.
